Submit the following:​

• • 3 recent passport-sized photos of the student​
  • Passport copies of the student, mother, and father (showing the expiration page)​
  • Copy of student’s birth certificate​

ID Cards – based on nationality​

For Saudi and GCC students​:

• • Copy of Saudi family card (front and back)​
  • GCC Students: Copy of national ID from their home country​

For Non-Saudi/GCC students:

• • Valid Iqama (residency permit) copies for student, mother, and father​
  • Absher printout showing student’s Iqama expiry date​
  • Copy of student’s passport

• Submit one of the following based on grade level:

  • KG students: Latest KG report card (must meet age and level criteria)
  • Grade 1 and above: Original school reports from Grade 1 up to current grade

• Attestation Requirements – Based on Previous School Location:

  1. 1. Previous school in Riyadh:
        • From a different curriculum, embassy, or community school: MoE attestation required
        • From a national school: Parent/guardian must get MoE (Exams & Registration) attestation
        • Non-national schools: Financial clearance required
        • Noor System printout to confirm current grade and facilitate transfer
     2. Previous school in another KSA city:
        • MoE attestation required
        • Noor System printout to confirm current grade and transfer
     3. Previous school outside KSA:
        • Final certificate attested by Saudi Embassy and Ministry of Education in that country
        • Equivalency letter from the Saudi Ministry of Education
     4. For mid-year transfers:
        • Mid-year report card must also be attested, in addition to the last full report
